A Declaration of Love
Drawing from the light and intimacy of Dutch Golden Age paintings and the poetic gaze of 20th-century photographers, A Declaration of Love reflects my fascination with flowers — their beauty, their impermanence, their quiet strength. In each work, the light becomes a storyteller: tracing the line of a stem, resting on a leaf, or revealing the tender fragility of petals in bloom. Each title carries its own mantra — something we might all need to hear: to breathe, to live, and to take a step back once in a while.
