ON PAPER BUTTERFLIES DON'T DIE
This second series of flowers is again inspired by the work of the master painters. Before the brush of paint touches the canvas, a sketch is made. The shapes of these fragile flowers create that same interplay of lines.
I try to capture the love for these creations in all their strength and fragility. A love that is synonymous with the butterflies we feel when falling in love. So that those butterflies will never die.
